Our leadership
Newness Care has a skilled and dedicated director who is capable of carrying out the responsibilities of their role.
The Founder and Director, is a highly experienced management professional with extensive experience in health and social care settings. When working as a registered manager and branch manager with a number of care companies, he took on extremely high-responsibility roles, overseeing every aspect and operation of domiciliary care businesses. He aligned his vision with that of the organisation by creating and managing client relationship.
He managed the day-to-day activities of the branch such as managing office and Care staff, organising monthly team meetings with staff to review performance and targets. He also ensured the day-to-day action plan is thoroughly followed by managing and overseeing high standard of client care i.e., Care workers are matched to service user’s requirements, complete spot checks, undertaking client satisfaction questionnaires, attending review meetings and auditing care plans and logbooks to ensure quality of care for service users.
Finally, this role also included management of the financials of the business, providing him with crucial skills in the fiscal management of a health and social care company. This experience and diverse skill set has made him an indispensable asset to Newness Care’s future success in the social care sector.
As a registered manager, he achieved the organisation’s vision and values by providing effective leadership and management of staff to ensure quality service is delivered in line with CQC requirement. He has vast knowledge in Business management with unmeasurable Leadership and management experience in Health and Social Care.

We Care for Our Carers
Newness Care understands that our carers will do an excellent job in their service if they are happy and confident in their abilities. As a result, training is an essential part of our carer induction process. We offer all new staff an induction training course, and they all come back for an annual update. They also receive specialist training throughout their time with us.
We have a specialist carer support team who can offer assistance, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should it be required.
